Operator found lid and secured it on <br /> container. <br /> Three 5 gallon buckets with used absorbent with no lids. Operator left and came back with lids for the 5 gallon <br /> buckets. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste. <br /> Item 2: One 100 gallon container with used oil observed with oil on top of container. Operator had two employees <br /> wipe down used oil with rags and dispose of rags with used absorbent. <br /> Used oil observed in two oil pans on the floor. Operator had both employees transferred used oil into 100 gallon <br /> used oil container, employees wiped down pans with rags. rags place into used oil bucket. <br /> Used absorbent observed on ground absorbing used oil. Operator had employee shovel and broom up used <br /> absorbent and placed into one 5 gallon bucket of used absorbent. <br /> Facilities shall be maintained and operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or release of hazardous <br /> waste to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br /> Item 3: Three 5 gallon buckets with used absorbent observed with no hazardous waste labels.
