Immediately begin this practice. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 403 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous <br />waste. <br />There were no lids found on the following containers: <br />four 55-gallon drums of used oil lids were not closed. <br />one 55-gallon drum of used antifreeze lids were not closed. <br />All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste. Immediately close <br />these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br />There was no accumulation start date marked on the following containers: <br />four 55-gallon drums of used oil <br />one 55-gallon drum of used antifreeze were not closed. <br />All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> - the words “Hazardous Waste” <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties <br /> - physical state <br /> - composition (contents) <br /> - accumulation start date <br />Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information.
