Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection. <br /> Upon arrival, I explained the the reason for my visit to the owner and they stated that they are aware of an issue with the <br /> restroom but were unaware of a complaint being made. They continued to state that the toilet in the last stall of the women's <br /> restroom was having a malfunction with the flushing mechanism and it caused the toilet to stay flushing,which caused water <br /> to fall onto the floor.The issue was resolved by turning off the water to that specific toilet and parts were ordered as well.The <br /> restroom contains two other toilet facilities inside and an "OUT OF SERVICE"sign was posted on the stall door of the <br /> malfunctioning restroom.The restrooms are well maintained and stocked with single use paper towels and hand washing <br /> soap. Observed a drain on the floor of the women's restroom and began to poor water into it in order to see if the drain is <br /> clogged.
