A copy of that correspon- <br /> dence is included as EXHIBIT J. <br /> Qgtober 22. 1993 - After profiling, sampling & testing the <br /> • removed spoil, a total of 90 cubic yards was removed from the <br /> site & transported to Forward, Inc. for disposal. EXHIBIT H & I <br /> include copies of the waste characterization form, laboratory <br /> results, and manifests of the material. <br /> January 11 ,E 1994 - Meeting held at San Joaquin County EHD offices <br /> attended by Mr. Eugene Kulesza of Riverside Cement Co. , W. J. <br /> Hunter of Wm. J. Hunter & Assoc. , and Margaret Lagorio of the <br /> County EHD. to discuss reasons why site could not be closed, and <br /> what additional work would be required to accomplish that task. <br /> JanuArK 21 1994 - Mr. Kulesza of Riverside Cement Co. , wrote to <br /> County EHD requesting specific details of requirements for <br /> placing & testing a monitoring well in order to obtain closure of <br /> the site. A copy of that letter is included as EXHIBIT K_ <br /> Atpril 4. 1994 - The San Joaquin County EHD responded to the above <br /> letter, explaining the need for a monitoring well, and other <br /> details of the project. Refer to EXHIBIT L for a copy of that <br /> letter. <br /> October 18-1994 - WJH submitted a workplan for placing one (1) <br /> 2" groundwater monitoring well in the area where the DST had been <br /> located.
