As you will recall, our site file did not'have.:any technical <br />information and we requested (and received) from ':your office technical <br />reports detailing environmental work.performed at the site. <br />Further investigation showed that the reason we did not have information <br />in our file was that the responsibility for environmental'activity lies <br />with the property owner, not Ultramar Inc: You'will notice that the May <br />11, 1987 Applied GeoSystems' report was preparedkfor.Mr, Quentin Kirsch <br />and not Beacon Oil Company (now Ultramar Inc.). <br />We would appreciate it if you would please change the responsible party <br />listing for this site code (1765) as it relates to the Local UST Oversight <br />Program.
