The
station is located at the west corner of Waterloo Road and Report
Avenue, as indicated on the Site Vicinity Map (Plate P-1) . Mr.
Kirsch, the site owner, and Beacon Oil Company, of Hanford,
California, requested that Applied Geosystems conduct this study
,r.
after an underground diesel product storage tank failed a
precision pressure test.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate whether contamination
of soil and ground water has occurred due to product leakage.
This report describes the work elements associated with the
investigation, and summarizes and discusses the analytical
results obtained. Our interpretation of these results and
recommendations for future work are also presented,
1
BQ0I0992
