S A N s10 A Q U I N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> ESCALON MINI MART 1097 YOSEMITE AVE, ESCALON December 18, 2018 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 210 CCR 2716(f) DO monthly reports not maintained on site for 12 months or for 36 months(after October 1, 2018). <br /> The July 2018 and November 2018 designated operator monthly inspection reports were not found on site. <br /> Designated operator monthly inspection reports for the previous twelve months or 36 month(after October 1st, <br /> 2018)shall be retained on site.The operator was able to get a copy of the reports while the inspector was on site to <br /> correct this on site. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 306 CCR 2630(d) Monitoring equipment is not installed or maintained to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. <br /> The 87 product, 91 produt, UDC 7/8 sump sensor were raised approximately 2-5 inches off the lowest point of the <br /> sump and not located to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. <br /> The ULS sensor located in the 91 STP sump was raised and tied on a fiberglass pipe approximately 4-5 inches <br /> based on the service technician calculations. <br /> The ULS sensor located in the 87 STP sump was raised and tied on a fiberglass pipe approximately 3-4 inches <br /> based on the service technician calculations. <br /> The ULS sensor located in the UDC 7/8 was raised and tied with a zip tide approximately 2-3 inches. <br /> Monitoring equipment shall be maintained to be able to detect a leak at the earliest possible opportunity. The <br /> sensor was relocated to the lowest point of the sump by the service technician. Ensure that all monitoring <br /> equipment is maintained to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 315 HSC 25291(e)Water in secondary containment not removed, analyzed, and properly disposed of(pre-Jul 2003). <br /> Liquid was observed in the 87 product, UDC 3/4, UDC 7/8 sump. If water could enter into the secondary <br /> containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. The service technician <br /> removed liquid from the 87 product, UDC 3/4, UDC 7/8 sump.
