WILSON WAY; STOCECTQN <br /> The recent._olio Sampling dowing the removal of .4 Underground from the above referenced property was witnessed by representativgeasofin thtanks <br /> department. <br /> The soil sample results from the two waste oil tanks indicate that an unauthorized <br /> release has occurred at this site. The extent of possible contamination is <br /> unknown, at present, as is the origin of the soil contamination. <br /> The owner or responsible party of an underground storage tank being closed shall <br /> demonstrate to the satisfaction of the local agency that no unauthorized release <br /> has occurred (Section 2672 (d), California Code of Re lations). <br /> will be necessary for the property owner and/or responsible Therefore, it <br /> additional excavation in both lateral and vertical directions�(ier rm conduct <br /> additional soil sampling to demonstrate that existing contaminationcanremoved <br /> and properly remediated. <br /> A Soil Remediation Workplan shall be submitted to the San Joaquin Local Health <br /> District for review and approval prior to initiating any further soil excavation or <br /> removal. At a minimum, the following items must be addressed in this Workplan: <br /> 1• Name and address of site, tank owner/property owner, and contact person, <br /> if different. <br /> 2. Scale drawing, with North arrow at the top of the page, of the site <br /> illustrating the layout of all former tanks and piping systems on the property, <br /> labeled for content; distances to adjacent streets and buildings; property <br /> boundaries, and underground public and private utilities. <br /> 3. History of site and tank use, present and past, <br /> 4. Submit local depth to groundwater and, based upon this knowledge, propose <br /> an estimation of the amount of soil to be removed.
