The borings will be drilled, logged, and sampled following the protocol described <br /> in Attachment A. Following completion of the drilling, the borings will be backfilled following <br /> r <br /> protocol described in Attachment A. <br /> a f <br /> Task A03 - Reporting f <br /> Upon completion of the field activities and receipt of the analytical results, a report of findings <br /> will be prepared for client and agency review. The report will include: f <br /> f <br /> I <br /> • A description of the field activities, observations, and protocols <br /> I <br /> • Lithologic logs <br /> a <br /> • Tabulated results of soil samples with copies of certified'ianalytical results <br /> • Description and documentation of QA/QC procedures employed for field and 1 <br /> i laboratory work 4 <br /> • Kleinfelder's conclusions and recommendations based on the data acquired <br /> The attached cost estimate summarizes the costs for the fours soil borings. If additional services <br /> are required, our cost estimate could be further refined. <br /> ASSUMPTIONS AND CLIENT'RESPONSIBMITIES <br /> K <br /> • This proposal will be adequate to obtain authorization from the SJCEHD. If a more <br /> comprehensive workplan is necessary, additional charge for workplan preparation <br /> will be incurred. <br /> {, • Adequate work space and access will be provided. Peinfelder will attempt to <br /> advance the soil borings at the proposed locations. If the drilling equipment cannot <br /> be positioned, alternative drilling locations or sampling methods should be <br /> investigated.
