PHSIEHD placed this site in the Local Oversight Program on June 14,
2001. The detection limits used when analyzing the soil beneath this UST at the time of its
removal do not meet current standards. PHSIEHD staff noted odor'and discoloration to the soil
when the UST was removed. Groundwater in this area is about 15 feet below ground surface. A
work plan to investigate the soil and groundwater in the former UST-area is to be submitted by
August 16, 2001.
Another meeting to discuss these sites will be scheduled in Dfecember 2001.
5 If you have any questions contact me at(209)468-3449. 1
' l
{ Donna Heran, RENS, Director
f Environmental Health Division
Margaret Lagorio, Supervising REHS
Unit IV
c: CVRWQCB—Marty Hartzell
i .I
' I
