Samples will be sealed In plastic bags and <br /> stored on ice at a temperature of approximately 4°C in ice chests. Samples will either be <br /> delivered by a WESTON employee or shipped via Federal Express to the analytical laboratory. <br /> L <br /> 3.4 QUALITY CONTROL SAMPLES <br /> A trip blank will accompany the soil and groundwater samples. <br /> 3.5 DOCUMENTATION . <br /> All site activities, including health and safety monitoring, equipment calibration records, <br /> personnel on site, soil descriptions, sample location descriptioons, and PID screening results, will i <br /> be recorded in a bound log book or on WESTON field sampling forms. Entries will be recorded <br /> in ink. <br /> k.� J <br /> s � <br /> 4.0 REPORT PREPARATION i <br /> A final report will be prepared under the direction of a California Registered Geologist and will <br /> r be submitted to San Joaquin County PHS.
