Installation of five CPT borings is unwarranted at this time. To complete the site conceptual model for this site <br /> further characterization is necessary in the area surrounding MW 4. PHS/EHD approves the installation of a <br /> maximum of three CPT borings in this phase of work,.the boring proposed 3-5 feet west of MW-4,and the boring <br /> locations proposed directly north and west of MW-4. <br /> 2.
