CPT investigation to define the vertical extent of the groundwater contamination. <br /> 2. Grab groundwater samples collected during the CPT investigation will be analyzed for TPHg,TPHd,BTEX, <br /> oxygenated fuel additives,EDB and 1,2-DCA by the appropriate EPA approved methods. <br /> 3. Installation of three groundwater monitoring wells for lateral assessment of the shallow contaminant plume,the wells <br /> will be located to surround MW-4. <br /> 4. A San Joaquin County Well Permit Application and required$89:00 permit fee will be submitted to PHS/EHD. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. Installation of five CPT borings is unwarranted at this time. To complete the site conceptual model for this site <br /> further characterization is necessary in the area surrounding MW 4. PHS/EHD approves the installation of a <br /> maximum of three CPT borings in this phase of work,.the boring proposed 3-5 feet west of MW-4,and the boring <br /> locations proposed directly north and west of MW-4. <br /> 2.
