I <br /> (AGE) has prepared this report for the destruction of ten ground water monitoring wells (MW-1 j <br /> through MW-10) and nine ozone injection wells (OW-1 through OW-9) at 210 East Wetmore St, <br /> Manteca, California (site). The site location is depicted on Figure 1; site structures and former <br /> monitoring well locations are depicted on Figure 2. <br /> INTRODUCTIONBACKGROUND <br /> Ten single completed two-inch diameter ground water monitoring wells (MW-1 through MW-10) <br /> and nine single completed one-inch diameter ozone inj ection wells(OW-1 through OW-9)had been <br /> installed as part of a subsurface investigation and remediation of the former underground storage <br /> tank (UST) area at the site. Monitoring wells MW-1 through MW-10 and ozone injection wells <br /> OW-1, OW-2, OW-3, and OW-5 through OW-9 were installed to depths of 30 feet below surface <br /> grade (bsg); ozone injection well OW-4 was installed to a depth of 30.5 feet bsg. <br /> PROCEDURES <br /> Well destruction activities were performed between 05 and 08 January 2009 by Gregg Drilling & <br /> Testing, Inc. of Martinez, California.
