At your request, I am writing to provide you with proposed agenda items for that meeting. Below <br /> are some of the issues we would like to address: <br /> • The current status and expected direction and timeframe for further investigation at adjacent <br /> properties ARCO AM/PM, Endich Bro's Top Filling Station and Wells Fargo Bank. <br /> • The number and placement of additional monitoring wells necessitated by rising water levels. <br /> • Future requirements for oxygenate additive analysis. <br /> • Vapor Extraction System performance and future operation in view of submerged contaminated <br /> soils. <br /> Because of the involvement of the PHS/EHD UST Unit in monitoring UST system compliance at the <br /> ARCO and Endich Bro's properties we would ask that the UST unit be represented at the meeting. <br /> Please contact me so we can schedule a meeting at your earliest convenience.
