I would like to inform you of a correction <br /> which needs to be made on Page 1 of the report. Under <br /> Paragraph II , the second paragraph states that soil samples <br /> were collected on April 23 , 1989 . the correction should <br /> be made so that the sentence reads "soil samples were collect- <br /> ed on January 23 , 1989 .
