Box 2009 FERMIT/SERVICES, <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> Attention: Mr. Ron Valinoti <br /> Director Environmental Health Division <br /> Dear Sir: <br /> Roek Brothers hereby submit the enclosed report as legal owners <br /> of the parcel described below. <br /> We enclose a legal discription of a parcel of real property <br /> located in the City of Stockton, known as 102 South Wilson Way. <br /> Legal description is marked exhibit "A" . <br /> The San Joaquin County Assessors Parcel # 155-020-44 will be <br /> changed to 155-020-44 and a portion of 155-020-53 and 155-020- <br /> 54 . <br /> We enclose site map marked exhibit "B" showing street, adjacent <br /> building and public utilities . <br /> There are no known septic tanks or private and irrigation wells in <br /> the immediate area. California Water Co. has a corporation yard <br /> 600 ' south of the parcel. <br /> There are no known tanks or lines in existence on this parcel. <br /> The City of Stockton Fire Prevention Bureau issued a permit to <br /> the previous property owner on December 19 , 1978 for the removal <br /> of tanks on the property. See attached marked exhibit "C" <br /> We enclose the report of Balbi and Chang Associates dated April <br /> 26, 1988 marked exhibit "D" captioned Hydrocarbon Evaluation Study <br /> for Roek Brothers Property, Market and Wilson Way, Stockton, <br /> California. <br />
