This study is performed in accordance with <br /> h ' guidelines outlined in the California Regional Water Quality <br /> " Control Board, "Guidelines for Addressing Fuel Leaks", September <br /> 1985. <br /> 1 <br /> l.. <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The project site is located southeast of the intersection of <br /> Market Street and Wilson Way in Stockton, California as shown on <br /> the Vicinity Map, Plate 1. The site was previously used as a gas <br /> station and has since been removed. This included the removal of <br /> the underground storage tanks, and the excavated area backfilled. <br /> �s At present, the site has been paved with asphalt concrete and is <br /> being used as a parking lot for local businesses and stores. No <br /> i structures exist on the site other than a ' For Sale" sign <br /> fronting Wilson Way. A storm drain catch basin exists <br /> approximately center of the property and is apparently tied into <br /> the main storm drain loczted on Market Street northeast of the <br /> site. The site is relatively flat and graded to drain into the <br /> 1 ' catch basin. <br /> 1 <br />
