'',i <br /> A quarterly monitoring report will be prepared presenting the results of the groundwater <br /> sampling activity. The report will include a groundwater elevation contour map, a <br /> groundwater analytical summary map, certified analytical reports from the laboratory, and <br /> chain-of-custody documentation. <br /> �1I <br /> I <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> } Upon receiving approval of this work plan, the proposed work will be scheduled and a well <br /> permit application package will be, submitted to San Joaquin County PHS/EHD. The <br /> fieldwork should be completed within one week of initiation.
