NOTEI Found air gap to a out of spec with 0.010 on the bottom side and 0.000 on the sides and top,After further <br /> inspection I found that all of the cods are loose and I can move them up and down.NOTE!Coils should not move they should be <br /> secured to the stator with epoxy, T ilked with IR and let them know what I have going on, I spoke with Joe Pellino and let him know <br /> that I have burnt tips all the way ar and the rotor,the coils move up and down and i have very little to no rnagnatesum.Joe said that <br /> we need to replace the rotor and stator do to the rubbing and that It lost its rnagnatesum. Tried to set air gap the best I could and got <br /> 0.002 on the top 0.008 on the bolt m and sides. Filled out reports and left power on to the unit per customers request. Checked out <br /> and traveled to next job. <br /> NOTE! RECOMEND NOT TO RUN UNIT DO TO COILS MOVING AND RUBING THE ROTOR.. <br /> NOTEI TALKED WITH BENNY ON THE PHONE AND HE STATED IF ANY PARTS NEED TO BE ORDERED HE WOULD LIKE TO <br /> HAVE THEM EXPEDITED., <br /> Cali Log#161026-000085 <br /> UD-Need to replace the rotor do to burnt tips and no rnagnatesum. <br /> UD-Need to replacethe stator do to the coil packs moving up and down. <br /> UD-Need to replace the rotor reten ion bolt with washers and stator bolts. <br /> UD-Need to replace the rear stator gasket as well, L8-T2#59 LEO.. <br />
