The soil stockpile will be visually quartered and four separate <br /> samples (to be laboratory composited) will be collect in similar sampling tubes. <br /> Following sample collection, each tube will be sealed with teflon sheeting and <br /> plastic end caps secured with elastic tape. The samples will be properly labeled <br /> as to location, date, time, etc. and placed in a refrigerated cooler for shipment to a <br /> state certified analytical laboratory under standard Chain-of-Custody protocol. <br /> As directed by PHS-EHD, the collected soil samples will be analyzed for TPH-G <br /> (Method 8015), BTXE compounds (Method 8020), and seven specific oxygenate <br /> compounds (Method 8260). <br /> Upon receipt of the sample analytical results, TreaTek will prepare a limited Site <br /> Investigation Report detailing the site investigation activities and analytical data. <br /> The report will also include conclusions based on the information obtained and <br /> recommendations for follow up activities as required. <br /> We trust that this Workplan detailing the Limited Site Investigation Program for <br /> the above referenced site meets with your satisfaction.
