Wilson Way, Stockton has been approved by San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (EHD). The plan is a proposal to perform Soil <br /> Vapor Extraction and Insitu Ground Water Air Sparging remediation of soil and <br /> ground water contamination due to unauthorized releases from the UST which was <br /> located on the property. <br /> The EHD has made a tentative determination that the plan is in compliance with <br /> California Health & Safety Code Chapter 6.7, Section 25299.37 and California Code of <br /> Regulations Corrective Action Requirements, and that the resultant work will not create <br /> significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the benefits to be gained from <br /> cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The remediation plan is available for public review at the EHD, 1868 E. Hazelton Ave., <br /> Stockton, during normal working hours, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and at the State <br /> Water Resources Control Board's (Water Board) GeoTracker website. If no <br /> comments are received by July 18, 2012, the plan will be final and remediation <br /> performed continuously without interruption until cleanup is complete. <br /> Questions regarding the specific site concerns or procedures should be directed to <br /> Harlin Knoll, Senior REHS, at (209) 468-3442 or sent in writing to him at: EHD,1868 E. <br /> Hazelton Ave, Stockton, CA. 95205. <br />
