Wilson Way, Stockton, <br /> 2011 Annual 5-Year Review Update Response CUF Claim No 15094 <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has received and reviewed the <br /> annual five-year review update letter dated 18 August 2011 from Kirk Larson of the State Water <br /> Quality Control Board (SWQCB) Cleanup Fund (CUF) for above-referenced site. The CUF <br /> recommends that the EHD that require the responsible party (RP) to begin active remediation to <br /> reduce the mass of hydrocarbons in the subsurface. <br /> A report on the installation of remediation wells and piping has been submitted to the EHD and <br /> to GeoTracker; in the report the consultant recommends additional installation of the soil vapor <br /> extraction/air sparge system, indicates that PG&E has been requested to install power and gas <br /> for the system, and an Authority to Construct permit has been applied for with the San Joaquin <br /> Valley Air Pollution Control District. The EHD will issue a directive as recommended by the CUF <br /> if the indicated scope of works lags in implementation.
