Please provide the following additional information (three copies each) and address the <br /> following comments: <br /> 1. Page 3 of the Application for Underground Storage Tank Installation Permit: <br /> a. Missing Fire District Permit number. <br /> b. Missing the date towards the bottom of the page. <br /> 2. Section G. Overspill/Overfill Prevention of the permit application: <br /> a. The revised permit application proposes the method will be "High Level Alarm," <br /> however, sheet M.5.3.03 and M.5.3.05 indicate mechanical overfill prevention. <br /> Furthermore, sheet G.0.2.0 noted on number 16, states "Drop tube measurement <br /> calculations to be provided to San Joaquin County prior to installation." Please <br /> accurately reflect whichever overfill prevention method will be used in the plans. <br /> 3. M.5.3.03: <br /> a. The submitted buoyancy calculations for 25K gallon tank lists two identical sumps <br /> 3.5' in diameter, but two sump sizes are proposed, 42" Fill side sump, and 48" <br /> submersible turbine pump sump. Provide accurate buoyancy calculations <br /> 4. Sensors are not located at the lowest points on G.0.7.2, M.5.3.03, M.5.3.05, M.5.3.12, <br /> M.5.3.16, and M.5.3.18. <br /> 5. Vacuum zone map indicates that the "Vacuum sensor location" is in the 87 STP sump. The <br /> vacuum zone map shows that the location is in the fill sump. Please accurately indicate <br /> vacuum sensor locations. <br /> 6. No UL listings or third party certifications were provided for any parts. Please provide. <br /> 7. Cut sheets are still needed for tanks, fill/stp sumps, vent sump, UDC's. Please provide. <br /> 8. Incomplete installer certifications were provided. Will need: <br /> a.
