Elena K. Manzo
Lead Senior REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department -2- February 22, 2018
Response: The vapor recovery note has been revised to indicate double-wall piping, and
show 3-inch inside 4-inch piping to all tanks.
5. G.0.5 pipe trench detail, indicates 2"inside 3"FRP Vapor line and remove 2"flex piping option
for product
Response: This detail has been revised to reflect the correct piping.
6. Dispenser sump crossover piping detail for FRP, indicates 2" in 3" leaving dispenser, and
become 3"to 4". Is this correct?
Response: Yes, that is the correct piping detail.
7. G.0.2.0 site plan indicates no vapor recovery piping goes to diesel fill sump, however sheet
M.0,5.8 indicates a vapor line is to go to diesel fill sump, and become capped for future use.
Response: G.0.2.0 is correct. Sheet M.0.5.8 has been revised accordingly.
We believe that the above responses, together with the enclosed set of revised plans, address all of the
outstanding issues in your comment email dated February 16, 2018. Please review and approve the
enclosed plans at your earliest convenience. Should you have any questions or require additional
materials, do not hesitate to contact me at ainigues@barghausen.com or the Project Coordinator, Ryan
Bharucha at rbharucha@barghausen.com or at(425) 251-6222.
