Hazardous material orwaste cannot be released (intentionally or unintentionally)to the sewer/septic, storm <br /> water system, or any other waters of the state. If a release occurs it will be considered illegal hazardous <br /> waste disposal and will be subject to enforcement. <br /> 25. Submit to CERS all applicable hazardous materials, hazardous waste and UST submittals. This submittal <br /> must be approved by the EHD prior to scheduling the final inspection. <br /> 26. Passing Enhanced Leak Detection (ELD) results must be received prior to receiving fuel. <br /> 27. All outstanding up-to-date permit fees must be paid prior to receiving the final approval to operate. <br /> 28. This permit expires at the end of the calendar year.
