PHS/EHD has prepared the <br /> following comments for your information. <br /> The report included the results of soil sampling during the installation of three monitoring <br /> wells, MW1 - MW3 and one round of groundwater sampling of the wells. Soil <br /> contamination, 5 ppb xylene, was detected at 20 feet during the installation of MW3; no <br /> additional soil contamination was detected. No groundwater contamination was detected <br /> during the first sampling event.
