Biosolids shall comply with either Class A or Class B pathogen reduction standards as <br /> listed in 40 CFR 503. <br /> 13. Biosolids shall comply with one of the Vector Attraction Reduction standards as listed in <br /> 40 CFR 503.33. <br /> 14. Biosolids shall not be deposited to flooded, frozen or water-saturated ground, or during <br /> periods of heavy rainfall. <br /> 16. Objectionable odor originating at this facility shall not be perceivable beyond the limits o <br /> the property owned or controlled by the discharger. <br /> 17. Staging areas and biosolids application shall be at least: <br /> a. 10 feet from property lines. <br /> b. 500 feet from domestic water supply wells. <br /> C. 50 feet from non-domestic water supply wells. <br /> d. 20 feet from public roads. <br /> C. 100 feet from surface waters. <br /> f. 100 feet from residential buildings. <br /> 18. After the last application of biosolids in each field, the Discharger shall ensure the <br /> following: <br /> a. For at least 30 days: <br /> (1) Public access to the application area is restricted; <br /> (2) Feed and fiber crops are not harvested; and <br /> (3) Animals do not graze on the land. <br />
