The testing shall be conducted as specified in EPA/82I-R-02-013,Short-term <br /> Methods for Estimating the Chronic Toxicity of Effluents and Receiving Waters to Freshwater Constituent Units Sample Type Frequency <br /> Organisms,Fourth Edition,October 2002,or later amendment with Regional Board staff approval. <br /> Chronic toxicity samples shall be taken at the effluent monitoring location specified in this Monitoring Quantity Dry Tons -------- Quarterly <br /> and Reporting Program. Twenty-four hour composite samples shall be representative of the volume and Solids Content %percentage Composite Quarterly <br /> quality of the discharge. Adequate sample volumes shall be collected to provide renewal water to Disposal Location -------- -------- Quarterly <br /> complete the test in the event that the discharge is intermittent. Other guidance is available in USEPA's POTW <br /> Biosolids Sampling and Analysis Guidance Document,August 1989(or most recent edition). <br /> Results of monitoring shall be reported in compliance with the Reporting Section. The biosolids <br /> BIOSOLIDS MONITORING monitoring report shall include a statement concerning compliance with 40 CFR Part 503 biosolids <br />
