DESCRIPTION OF HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS KNOWN TO HAVE BEEN USED <br />AT THE SITE <br />Agents identified the following items and equipment confirmed to be contaminated or <br />used for the manufacture of methamphetamine: <br />• One 5 -gallon orange Home Depot bucket with plastic strainer containing one red <br />2 -gallon Igloo thermos. <br />• One 4 -gallon stainless steel pot with green plastic strainer on top containing a red <br />2 -gallon Igloo thermos. <br />• Two small black plastic buckets containing a black liquid with brown slush/crust. <br />• One 5 -gallon orange Home Depot bucket containing a hard -black crust <br />• Three 5 -gallon orange Home Depot buckets containing a brown/black liquid which <br />were half full. <br />• Small black plastic bucket containing a brown/black liquid with a light brown crust <br />which was 1/4th full. <br />• Large clear plastic tub with white clear substance. <br />Agents reported that the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) arrived on site <br />and "conducted clean-up of the remaining evidence located in the conversion lab to be <br />destroyed." A full list of items of concern are included in Appendix A. <br />Additionally, during a preliminary site inspection conducted on 30 November 2018, an <br />AGE representative found a tote with a white chemical residue located inside the garage, <br />and various other cooking utensils inside the northwest bedroom. <br />2.3.1. SITE COOKING METHOD AND CHEMICALS USED ON SITE <br />Based upon available information, specific cooking method was unidentified. <br />2.3.2. COMPARISON OF CHEMICALS ON MANIFEST TO THOSE USED IN SITE <br />COOKING METHOD TO IDENTIFY ALL POTENTIAL CHEMICALS OF <br />CONCERN <br />Based up on the available information, no chemicals of concern listed in Attachment II of <br />the Guidance Plan for the Assessment and Remediation of Properties Contaminated by <br />Methamphetamine Laboratory Activities (Plan) were identified on the property. <br />
