DESCRIPTION OF THE CHEMICALS AND EQUIPMENT USED AND THEIR <br />LOCATIONS ON SITE <br />Chemicals and equipment used on site were found throughout the residence. <br />2.4.1. CHEMICALS USED ON SITE <br />Chemicals used on site are listed in Section 2.3. <br />2.4.2. EQUIPMENT USED ON SITE <br />The equipment used on site is listed in Section 2.3. <br />2.5. DESCRIPTION OF THE LOCATION OF THE COOKING AREAS AND <br />CHEMICAL STORAGE AREAS <br />Chemicals and equipment used on site were found in various rooms located throughout <br />the residence; including the garage, kitchen, hall closet, guest/hall bathroom, and all three <br />bedrooms. <br />2.6. DESCRIPTION OF THE VISUAL ASSESSMENT OF THE SEVERITY OF <br />CONTAMINATION (INSIDE AND OUTSIDE STRUCTURES) <br />A visual assessment of the residence by AGE staff did not readily reveal any evidence of <br />gross contamination, although a strong chemical odor was noted throughout. <br />2.7. DESCRIPTION OF ALL AREAS SUSPECTED OF CONTAMINATION, <br />INCLUDING ADJACENT ROOMS, UNITS, APARTMENTS AND STRUCTURES <br />Areas suspected of contamination include the northwest spare bedroom, master <br />bedroom, middle hall spare bedroom, and hall/quest bathroom. <br />2.8. DESCRIPTION OF ANY DISPOSAL AREAS (DUMPING, BURNING, VENTING, <br />DRAIN DISPOSAL, ETC.) AT OR NEAR THE PROPERTY <br />
