28 December 2018
AGE Project No. 18-4574
AdvancedGeo
Environmental
Based upon AGE's visual assessment, there do not appear to be any areas used for
disposal by means of dumping, burning, venting, or draining at or near the property.
Additionally, AGE found no record of an on-site septic tank at the residence. The
residence appears to be connected to the city's municipal sewer system.
2.9. DETERMINATION IF MERCURY OR LEAD CONTAINING CHEMICALS HAD
BEEN USED AT THE SITE (LEAD ACETATE, MERCURIC CHLORIDE,
MERCURIC NITRATE, ETC.)
Based upon information received from Agents, mercury or lead do not appear to have
been used on the property.
3.0. SAMPLING AREAS
Based on visual evidence, the primary location for methamphetamine conversion was
identified in the northwest spare bedroom. Constituents may also have been mixed or
stored in other areas at the site. Discrete samples will be taken in rooms and areas where
main storage and conversion areas of methamphetamine have taken place. Composite
samples will be taken in secondary rooms or areas where no hard evidence show
chemical storage or methamphetamine conversion. A site map showing the residential
footprint and approximate sample locations are included in Figure 3. The map includes
labels of the rooms and significant features of the interior and exterior of the property.
3.1. PRIMARY SAMPLE AREAS
The primary sampling areas will include the northwest bedroom, spare/hall bathroom,
master bedroom closet, and garage (Figure 2). Specific locations may be modified during
the sampling inspection, with approval of EHD.
3.1.1. NORTHWEST BEDROOM- BEDROOM 2
Since the northwest bedroom was confirmed as the methamphetamine conversion lab,
one composite sample will be collected for confirmation.
3.1.2. HALLWAY BATHROOM
Discrete samples will be collected from the walls, floor, sink fixture, and bathtub as it is
likely that some processing or cleaning took place in the hallway guest bathroom.
3.1.3 MASTER BEDROOM
