Post Abatement Final Report <br /> ARAUJO PROPERTY <br /> 2943 Amherst Drive, Stockton, California <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY <br /> At the request of Ms. Leticia Araujo, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has <br /> prepared this Post Abatement Final Report (PAFR) for the property at 2943 Amherst <br /> Drive, Stockton, California (site). <br /> In early November 2018, the property was determined to have been the location of an <br /> active clandestine methamphetamine laboratory. The San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department (EHD) issued a letter directing the cleanup and abatement of the <br /> property. AGE prepared a Preliminary Site Assessment Work Plan dated 28 December <br /> 2018, as directed by EHD. A letter issued by EHD, dated 07 January 2019 approved the <br /> Preliminary Site Assessment Work Plan. <br /> AGE prepared a Preliminary Site Assessment Report (PSAR), dated 30 January 2019, <br /> detailing sampling procedures, results, and proposed abatement methods. The SJCEHD <br /> issued a letter dated 05 February 2019 identifying insufficiencies regarding sampling and <br /> abatement/ cleanup. An addendum was prepared on 12 February 2019 by AGE in <br /> response to the AJCEHD request. The SJCEHD issued an additional letter dated 20 <br /> February 2019 approving the PSAR Addendum, allowing commencement of abatement <br /> activities. <br /> The enclosed Post Abatement Final Report(PAFR) was prepared in accordance with the <br /> EHD document titled Guidance Plan for the Assessment and Remediation of Properties <br /> Contaminated by Methamphetamine Laboratory Activities, revised 30 October 2009. <br /> 1 .1 PROPERTY DESCRIPTION AND LOCATION <br /> Based on San Joaquin County Assessor's information, the property is part of a residential <br /> duplex rental home located in a residential area, north of West Hammer Lane in a mixed <br /> commercial and residential area of Stockton, California. The owner on record is Javier <br /> and Leticia Araujo, with mailing address listed as 23529 Eden Avenue, Hayward, <br /> California 94545. <br /> The property sits on a 0.149-acre parcel which is developed with a multi-family residential <br /> home containing two (2) separate units, with the subject property being the western unit. <br /> The subject property unit contains three (3) bedrooms, two (2) restrooms, and a garage. <br /> Typical residential landscaping (grass and a large tree) are present in the front yard (west <br /> side). Minimal landscaping rear (north side) or side of the property (west side). <br /> The location of the site is illustrated on Figure 1.
