RECOMMENDATIONS <br />Based on findings of initial sampling, the recommendations include: <br />• Removal and landfill disposal of all exposed personal items within the property <br />residence including: furniture, clothing, dishes, silverware, small appliances, and <br />buckets, etc.; all ducting, vents, air filters and fan units associated with the <br />heating/cooling system. <br />• Abatement of the specific areas within the property residence by triple wash and <br />rinse follovWed by encapsulation. <br />• Removal of floor contamination with a floor scrubber/dryer machine or a vacuum - <br />recovery power washer. Areas unable to be reached effectively by the machine, <br />such as wall corners, will be hand cleaned as specified in Section 3.1.4. <br />• Post -abatement samples will be collected from specified site walls, floors, and <br />ceilings, as well as the water heater surface and washing machine and dryer. <br />• Further assessment recommendations or a Preliminary Site Assessment Final <br />Report will be submitted to EHD based upon the results of the post -remedial <br />sampling. <br />4.1. SPECIFIC METHOD RECOMMENDATIONS <br />No other specific recommendations are proposed at this time, including specific methods <br />(decontamination, removal, demolition, and disposal) for any additional remedial actions <br />required to meet the human occupancy standards. <br />4.2. ADDITIONAL ABATEMENT SITE ASSESSMENT <br />No additional site abatement assessment is recommended at this time. However, based <br />upon results of post -abatement sampling, additional recommendations may be submitted <br />to the EHD. <br />4.3. ADDITIONAL WORK <br />No additional assessment work is recommended at this time. An addendum discussing <br />additional recommendations will be submitted upon review of results from post -remedial <br />sampling. <br />
