Surface Scrub and Wiping <br />All surfaces not disposed of (see Section 3.1.1.) will be scrub washed with a detergent <br />and cloth wiped with clean water three times consecutively. <br />3.1.3. Surface Wash and Rinse <br />All the wall surfaces will be encapsulated with an oil-based primer after surface scrubbing. <br />3.1.4. Floor Cleaning <br />The interior flooring will be cleaned twice with a scrubber/dryer machine or a vacuum - <br />recovery pressure washer, once with TSP and once with amended water. Waste water <br />will be containerized in Department of Transportation (DOT) -approved drums and <br />disposed of in accordance with DTSC and EPA regulations. <br />3.2 POST ABATEMENT SAMPLING <br />After decontamination of all areas, post abatement wipe sampling will be collected from <br />the following locations: <br />• Discrete samples will be collected from walls and floors from bedroom 1, guest <br />hallway bathroom, master closet, kitchen, garage floor, washer and dryer, and hot <br />water heater. <br />• Composite samples will be collected in the walls and floors from the master <br />bedroom, master bathroom sink and shower, hallway, and living room. <br />3.3. SPECIFIC AREA DEMOLITION <br />All personal items and ducting/vents discussed in Section 3.1.1. will be demolished and <br />removed for disposal. A waste manifest will be included with the PSAFR. <br />3.4. WASTE STREAM DISPOSAL <br />All waste stream materials, including wastewater, will be disposed of at an EHD approved <br />landfill. A waste disposal manifest will be included with the PSAFR. <br />
