Elevated concentrations ofgasoline range petroleum hydrocarbons are present in <br /> both the soil and groundwater of the site. <br /> 2. It is not known at this time whether the source of the groundwater contamination is <br /> the USTs, the fuel dispensers or the product piping. <br /> 3. Due to groundwater impact, it is highly likely that both San Joaquin County and <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board may require further investigation of the site. <br /> 5.0 LIMITATIONS <br /> This report was prepared in accordance with the accepted standards and practices of the <br /> field of environmental geology, groundwater hydrology and good business practices.
