Five part question: <br /> a) Does the facility receive damaged product from other locations? <br /> During the normal course of the reverse-distribution process, the C&S Stockton <br /> facility ("Stockton Facility") receives products returned by the companies' <br /> customers for credit. The returned products are unloaded from trucks at the <br /> Stockton Facility, and then placed on trucks that transport the returned products <br /> to the C&S Sacramento GMD facility ("Sacramento Facility"). At the Sacramento <br /> Facility, the returned products are inspected and evaluated in accordance with <br /> the following policies and training materials which accompany this response: (i) <br /> C&S Wholesale Grocers, Inc. and Subsidiaries WIC Warehouse OS&D Procedures, <br /> Policy Number WSOP-DR004.5; (ii) IIPP Program Policy CEHS-036 for the <br /> identification, handling, managing, and disposal of wastes; and (iii) the training <br /> guidance entitled "Pre-Sort of Potentially Hazardous Materials at Reclaim <br />
