No person may own or operate an UST unless a permit <br />for its operation has been issued by the local agency to the owner or operator of the UST system. Immediately <br />obtain a permit to operate a UST system from the EHD. An "Operating without a Permit' penalty applies. <br />This is a Class I violation. <br />103 <br />HSC 25292.2, 25299.30 Failure to submit and maintain complete and current financial responsibility documents. <br />Financial responsibility documents have not been submitted to the EHD. Current financial responsibility documents <br />are required to be submitted annually. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) <br />at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, and upload the required documents. <br />Financial responsibility documents have not been submitted to the EHD. The most recent financial responsibility <br />documents in CERS are dated [DATE]. Current financial responsibility documents are required to be submitted <br />annually. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, <br />and upload the required documents. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />104 <br />CCR 2711 UST operating permit application for facility and tank information not submitted or current. <br />UST Tank Information forms are not current in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br />-The diesel tank manufacturer is not listed. <br />- The form states no striker plates installed <br />Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. Immediately log into CERS, <br />update the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />105 <br />CCR 2632(d)(1), 2634(d) Failed to have an approved UST monitoring plan. <br />The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. <br />-The Monitoring plan contain inaccurate name of persons responsible. <br />-The Piping system is in correctly stated in monitoring plan and tank form <br />The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS).
