In April 2010, all monitoring of the <br /> groundwater pump and treatment (GWP&T) interim remediation system ceased at the site (Site). <br /> Groundwater monitoring ceased in February 2010. A Site Conceptual Model was submitted to <br /> SJCEHD in June 2010; however, the SJCEHD was notified that all work had ceased in July 2010. <br /> On 1 December 2010, the SJCEHD required the following within 15 days: <br /> • Submit past due reports, <br /> • Restart of the GWP&T system, <br /> • Resume monitoring and sampling activities, <br /> • Submit a work plan to assess feasibility of soil vapor extraction. <br /> • Submit a work plan to delineate the downgradient extent of the plume beyond monitoring well <br /> MW-11, <br /> A meeting with SJCEHD on 28 March 2011 did result in an agreement to proceed with the directed <br /> work in 75 days; however, the work has not been completed to date. <br /> California Environmental Protection Agency <br /> ped Recycled Paper <br />
