The work plan is available on Questys, file XR0006846. <br /> 01/21/02 Date when the groundwater extraction system began operation to inhibit further <br /> off-site migration of the fuel-impacted groundwater plume. <br /> 04/03/02 Date of Work Plan Addendum submitted by Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc., <br /> that proposed the installation of 7 continuous multi-chamber tubing (CMT) <br /> groundwater monitoring wells. The report is available on Questys, file <br /> XR0006943. <br /> 11/10/03 Date of letter from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> requesting that Mrs. Francis Lee of French Cleaners conduct a soil vapor survey <br /> since the dry cleaning solvent tetrachloroethene (PCE) had been detected in <br /> groundwater at the Rainwater Car Wash site. The letter is available in the Unit III <br /> files. <br /> 04/21/08 Date of Addendum to Interim Remediation Work Plan —April 2008 submitted by <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc., that proposed the installation of two <br /> additional groundwater extraction wells. EW-2 was <br /> screened between 20 and 45 feet bsg, and EW-3 was screened between 15 and <br /> 40 feet bsg. <br /> 02/17/10 Date of Groundwater Extraction Well Installation Report — First Quarter 2010 <br /> submitted by Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc., that described the installation of <br /> groundwater extraction wells EW-2 and EW-3.
