Two municipal water supply wells were identified within 2,000 feet of the <br /> site. One well (City of Manteca Well No. 4) is about 1,900 feet northwest of the <br /> site and reportedly is non-operational; the other well (City of Manteca Well No. 5) <br /> is operational and about 1,500 feet south of the site. The survey is available on <br /> Questys, file XR0006839. <br /> 09/20/00 Date of Quarterly Report — Third Quarter 2000 submitted by Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmental, Inc. that described the installation of monitoring wells MW-1 <br /> through MW-5 on-site. The report is available on Questys, file XR0006837. <br /> 10/26/00 Date of Work Plan Addendum submitted by Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. <br /> that proposed the advancement of 5 cone penetrometer test (CPT) borings to <br /> approximately 100 feet bsg to define the vertical extent of petroleum <br /> hydrocarbon-impacted groundwater. The addendum is available on Questys, file <br /> XR0006849. <br /> 12/18-20/00 Dates when 4 CPT borings, P-7 through P-10, were advanced to approximately <br /> 150 feet bsg and grab groundwater samples were collected from adjacent <br /> borings at selected depths. <br /> 02/07/01 Date of Cone Penetromer Testing Site Investigation — Fourth Quarter 2000 <br /> submitted by Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. that reported the analytical <br /> results from the CPT investigation. The report is available on Questys, file <br /> XR0006835. <br /> 03/12/01 Date of Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Study Work Plan submitted by <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc., proposing the installation of one groundwater <br /> extraction well (EW-1), one observation well (MW-6), and performance of a <br /> twelve-hour groundwater aquifer pump test. The work plan is available on <br /> Questys, file XR0006848. <br /> 03/30/01 Date when extraction well EW-1 and groundwater observation well MW-6 were <br /> installed. <br /> 04/05/01 Date when groundwater aquifer pumping test was performed by Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmental, Inc., extracting first water zone groundwater from EW-1. <br /> 05/15/01 Date of Groundwater Aquifer Pumping Test Report — Second Quarter 2001 <br /> submitted by Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc., that described the installation of <br /> EW-1 and MW-6, both screened between 20 and 45 feet bsg, and results from <br /> the pumping test.
