(AGE). PHS/EHD agrees with the report's <br /> recommendation for a ground water interim remediation system to control the migration of <br /> the ground water plume. Submit a work plan complete with design specifications that would <br /> include: 1) any additional extraction wells or monitoring wells, �fnquirerl, in order to achieve <br /> the desired plume control, 2) description of all instruments to be utilized in the operation of <br /> the system, 3) design plan of the system and locations of all instrumentation,4) information <br /> regarding SunSolve,the material proposed for the second stage of ground water treatment, <br /> and 5) maximum flow rate and the type of pump to be used. Submit this design plan to <br /> PHS/EHD by June 22,2001. <br /> In a letter dated March 2, 2001,PHS/EHD directed you to submit a work plan that would <br /> define the vertical and horizontal extent of the ground water contamination by June 1,2001. <br /> PHS/EHD has not received this work plan to date.
