(AGE) would like to take this opportunity to keep you updated <br /> to the current site status of the above referenced subsurface investigation with respect to San Joaquin <br /> County Public Health Services- Environmental Health Division(PHS-EHD)directives.The current <br /> site status is as follows: <br /> • On 28 June 1999, a work plan was submitted to the PHS-EHD for the installation of seven <br /> ground water monitoring wells at the above referenced site. <br /> • On 07 July 1999, the above referenced work plan was approved by the PHS-EHD with <br /> changes; the PHS-EHD directed that a work plan addendum be submitted to address <br /> remedial feasibility studies. <br /> • On 10 August 1999, a work plan addendum was submitted to the PHS-EHD for the <br /> installation of two soil vapor extraction wells and one air sparge well to enable remedial <br /> pilot testing at the site. <br /> On 25 August 1999,the above referenced work plan addendum for remedial pilot testing was <br /> approved by the PHS-EHD with the contingency that all work was to be performed no later <br /> than 30 September 1999. <br /> • On 14 September 1999,a 90-day extension to the above referenced work plan and work plan <br /> addendum was requested by AGE to the PHS-EHD. <br /> • On 17 September 1999, the PHS-EHD granted an extension for the proposed work to be <br /> initiated by 01 December 1999 based on the contingency that if the proposed work is not <br /> 4005 North Wilson Way,Stockton,California 95205 <br /> Telephone(209)467-1006 FAX(209)467-1118 <br />
