Just a word of caution, when these nested wells are to destroyed, they will probably <br /> have to be over-drilled with a 15" auger to total depth to remove all the contents of the <br /> wells. <br /> If they were separated, then the size of the auger would be the size of each boring or <br /> larger. <br /> I rarely see new nested wells in this area, due to the expense of removal. <br /> For destructions we stay onsite for the total time the well is drilled out and grouted up for <br /> well destructions. <br /> For installations, we are onsite for the total time for the grouting but not for the drilling. <br /> The final bill is based on time spent in the field and office time issuing permits. <br /> If the work proceeds slowly in the field, it is possible that there will be a bill generated at <br /> the end of the project. <br /> If you have any questions you can send me an e-mail, or call me at (209) 468-3147. <br /> Johnny Yoakum <br /> Senior REHS <br /> San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department <br /> 5 <br />
