Groundwater samples reported i
showed no concentrations of 1,2-DCA, EDB, or oxygenates above detection limits. A domestic well existed about 160 feet I
northeast of the tank but was not impacted. Most of the trucking facility including the shop and all the aboveground tanks
north of the former USTPit has been dismantled and no longer in service. With the exception of one quarter(May 2000)
where very low concentrations of contaminants were reported since the installation of the monitoring wells in July 1999, all
groundwater sample results have been not detect . Groundwater at the site is protected now and in the future.
Iv. Closure
Does completed corrective action protect existing beneficial uses per the Regional Board Basin Plan?
