J <br /> 10-19-90 PHS/EHD receives a letter f om RP ' s consultant requesting <br /> the meeting be canceled and that PHS/EHD consider a <br /> workplan for additional wells. <br /> 10-30-90 Groundwater sampling this date. Depth to water <br /> measurements reveal another 1' -2 ' BGS drop in the water <br /> table since the last water sampling. No contamination <br /> was detected in any of the wells this round. <br /> 12-11-90 PHS/EHD sends RP Additional enforcement letter for <br /> failure to attend the meeting and to submit a workplan <br /> for an additional MW. <br /> 01-16--91 PHS/EHD receives a telephone call from Joe Meath of the <br /> Manteca Building Department. He is concerned about the <br /> proposed building to be constructed ont the property. <br /> 06-05-91 Groundwater sampling this date. Depth to water <br /> measurements reveal that the water table has risen 1 ' <br /> since the last sampling event. Gradient direction still <br /> consistent. All three wells still non-detect for all <br /> constituents tested for. <br /> 07-19-91 PHS/EHD sends letter to RP requesting that QR to <br /> continue. <br /> 12-03-91 Groundwater sampling this date. Depth to water <br /> measurements reveal water table has dropped 1 ' since last <br /> sampling event. All three wells show contamination as <br /> toluene, with the highest =oncentration in MW#2 with 5 . 7 <br /> ppb. The only other co stituent detected was TPH as <br /> diesel in MW#3 at 200 ppb <br /> 03-16-92 PHS/EHD has a telephone conversation with RESNA (formerly <br /> Applied Geosystems) about the quarterly sampling--they are <br /> sampling the wells on a semi-annual basis. <br /> 03-24-92 PHS/EHD receives a copy o a letter from Gary Brophy to <br /> Gordon Boggs of the CVRWQ B requesting closure. <br /> 03-30--92 PHS/EHD receives the quarterly report for the fourth <br /> quarter of 1991. Groundwater levels has risen "'2 feet <br /> and TPH, Toluene and Xylene is noted in two of the wells . <br /> Report recommends closure <br /> 04-02-92 PHS/EHD receives a phone call from Gary Brophy about the <br /> charges. He would like a detailed list of the site <br /> specific charges. PHS/EHD informs him that he must make <br /> his request to the SWRCB 'n writing. <br /> 04-06-92 PHS/EHD sends letter to Gary Brophy. Letter states <br />
