Revision 0 LODI F =TY1PF PROCEDURES
LUSTRE-CAL PF PROCEDURES
6. Associate will skim "Clean/Reclaimed PF" liquid from the PFAC's to IPC's. [Liquid is
transferred from east tanks to west tanks?]
7. Associate will inspect PFAC's in the PF Room.
a. Inspect the "Dirty PF" fill hose from the transfer pump in the Etch Room. Ensure
that it is securely in place in the proper container.
b. Determine if there is enough room in the container to receive 30%
(approximately 100 gallons) from the PF Processing Tank (approximately 300
gallons) in the Etch Room.
c. If there is insufficient capacity in the PFAC's, STOP. The Accumulation
Containers need to be replaced prior to pumping over "Dirty PF" from the
Etch Room PF Processing Tank. Contact a Waste Handler Associate and
have them exchange the full PFAC for an empty PFAC in the PF Room.
8.
