Violation corrected on 11-01-19. <br /> The modified contingency plans were completed and posted in the office, in the break <br /> room and at the hazardous waste rack. In addition, a map of the store was posted <br /> indicating the location of the fire extinguishers, spill control equipment kits, and <br /> emergency exits. The modified contingency plan was posted after were received the <br /> plan from the inspector. Pictures of the posted modified contingency plan and the map <br /> are included with the response. Violation corrected on 11-01-19. <br /> The Store Manager, Michael Mills, was listed as the Emergency Coordinator, the District <br /> Loss Prevention Manager, Luis Banuelos, was listed as an alternative, and the final <br /> alternative emergency coordinator is the corporate contact, Darryl Dinson. Violation corrected on 11-18-19. <br /> All store associates were required to retrain in hazardous waste handling via the <br /> company online training platform. Environmental Compliance Manager, Darryl Dinson, <br /> visited the store to retrain the Store Manager on proper completion of the hazardous <br /> waste labeling and the maintaining of hazardous waste manifests, utilizing a physical <br /> review of the rack, the Hazardous Waste binder, and hazardous waste self-inspection <br /> form as a guideline. In addition, associates were advised of the information on the <br /> modified contingency plan and maps posted in the office, the hazardous waste <br /> accumulation rack and in the break room. The sign off for the training was included as <br /> an attachment. In addition, the hazardous waste reference posters were relocated for <br /> easier access. We recently changed hazardous waste transporter from Stericycle to US <br /> Ecology, as a result we were in the process of updating the training video, and training <br /> materials. We normally conduct our annual retraining in the beginning of the year.
