After speaking with the Senior Assistant Manager, Thomas Champion, regarding the condition of the bins during the inspection, he advised me that he had recently ordered new bins and they were in the store at the time of the inspection, however he had not yet had a chance to replace them. The bins were replaced immediately after the inspection. I have included pictures of the replaced bins.
