Stockton October 31, 2019 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 104 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) No modified contingency plan. <br /> OBSERVATION: A complete modified contingency plan was not posted at the facility.The modified contingency <br /> plan/Emergency Procedures document posted at the hazardous waste storage area did not state the name and <br /> emergency telephone number of the emergency coordinator(see photo IMG 9197). <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or in <br /> areas directly involved in the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste: the name and emergency <br /> telephone number of the emergency coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material, and <br /> the telephone number of the fire department unless the facility has a direct alarm. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately post the required information at the facility next to telephones accessible to <br /> all facility employees or in areas directly involved in the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste.
