SAN J O A R N Environmental Health Department <br /> i , �V <br /> Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> QUIK STOP MARKET#2076* 1030 S OLIVE ST, STOCKTON July 02, 2020 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> location blank. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: During the visual inspection,the designated operator shall check that all required <br /> testing and maintenance for the UST system have been completed and shall check all required items on the report. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that designated operators performing visual inspections at this facility are including <br /> all of the required information on the reports. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 309 CCR 2636(f)(1)Monitoring in sump/UDC failed to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow product. <br /> OBSERVATION: The float and chain in the UDC 1/2 failed to stop the flow of product at the dispenser when tested. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or <br /> stop the flow of product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technician adjusted the float and chain and verified functionality. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 315 HSC 25291(e)Water in secondary containment not removed, analyzed, and properly disposed of(pre-Jul 2003). <br /> OBSERVATION:At the time of the inspection the following amount of liquid was observed: <br /> -Approximately 1 cup of liquid was observed in the 87 STP sump. <br /> -Approximately 10 gallons of liquid was observed in the 87 fill sump. <br /> -Approximately 1 cup of liquid was observed in the 91 STP sump. <br /> -Approximately 11 gallons of liquid was observed in the 91 fill sump. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it <br /> must be removed and disposed of properly. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technician removed [#OF GALLONS, ETC.]of liquid from the <br /> [GRADE/LOCATION].
